What changes the scope?

A booking-provider connection is available as an add-on. A custom availability engine requires its own proposal. The demos simulate these journeys; real integrations are scoped before development.

What happens after your inquiry?

  1. We review your goals, reference demos, content, and required features.
  2. You receive a proposed scope with one-time costs, recurring services, responsibilities, and a schedule.
  3. You approve the written agreement and payment milestones before design begins.

Before we begin.

What is included in revisions?

The proposed scope includes 2 consolidated design revision rounds. New functionality, extra pages, and changes to an approved direction are quoted separately.

Who supplies the content?

You supply approved text, business details, and images you have permission to use. Copywriting is an optional content pass; research, interviews, and a new brand identity require separate scope.

Does the price include hosting?

No. Domain registration, hosting, email, and third-party subscriptions are separate. We identify those costs in the proposal before you commit.

Will my site look exactly like a demo?

The demos show different design and interaction possibilities. Their richer planners, galleries, motion, and integrations are custom features; they are not all included in an essentials package.

What does monthly care cover?

The $49/month figure is a proposed entry point, not an unlimited support promise. Your care agreement must confirm covered checks, update allowances, response windows, hosting responsibility, and cancellation terms.

How do payment and ownership work?

Your written agreement confirms the deposit, payment milestones, handover, source-code ownership, and third-party licenses before work starts. These are not implied by the estimator.
